Description
Combat Commander: Resistance! is a thrilling expansion that drops you into the midst of World War II, where you'll take on the role of a commander leading a team of resistance fighters. Designed by Chad Jensen, this 2011 release is part of the popular Combat Commander series and is compatible with Combat Commander: Europe and Combat Commander: Mediterranean. With a playtime of around 120 minutes, you and your opponent will engage in a battle of wits, using campaign and battle card driven mechanics to outmaneuver each other on a hexagon grid. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for experienced board gamers to dive in, and the variable phase order keeps things exciting and unpredictable. As an expansion, Combat Commander: Resistance! builds on the foundations of the base games, adding new challenges and opportunities for strategy and simulation.
