Description

Compounded: Geiger Expansion is the perfect addition to the chemistry board game Compounded, bringing a fresh layer of excitement and complexity to the lab. Designed by Darrell Louder, this 2015 expansion introduces radioactive elements and compounds, which can either boost productivity or bring the lab to a standstill. As players navigate the world of chemistry, they'll need to keep a close eye on the geiger counter, as rising radioactivity levels can spell disaster. With a playtime of 30 to 90 minutes, this expansion is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by 1 to 5 players, making it a great fit for casual game nights or intense strategy sessions. The Geiger Expansion shakes things up by introducing a new level of interactivity, where players must sometimes work together to mitigate the threat of radioactivity. This cooperative element adds a social dynamic to the game, as players must negotiate and trade their way to a safe and productive lab environment. Of course, not everyone will be working towards the same goal, and players who enjoy causing chaos will find plenty of opportunities to stir up trouble. With its unique blend of set collection, trading, and negotiation mechanics, this expansion offers a thrilling experience that's both educational and entertaining. As an expansion for the base game Compounded, the Geiger Expansion builds upon the existing gameplay, adding new challenges and opportunities for experienced scientists. The easy-to-learn rules make it simple for new players to jump in, while the dynamic gameplay and social interaction will keep veteran players on their toes. Whether you're a fan of chemistry, strategy, or just looking for a fun and interactive game experience, Compounded: Geiger Expansion is a great choice. With its mix of industry, manufacturing, and negotiation elements, this game is sure to provide hours of engaging and dynamic gameplay.
