Description

If you're a fan of the Four Against Darkness series, you're in luck because Concise Collection of Classes is here to shake things up with a plethora of new character classes and options. This expansion, designed by Erick N. Bouchard, Andrea Sfiligoi, and Nicholas Lalonde, brings nine new classes to the table, each with its own unique abilities and playstyles. Imagine playing as an assassin who can hide in the shadows and deliver devastating killing blows, or a fire elf who may be blind but can unleash the deadly gaze of fire. You could even take on the role of a harlequin, juggling and fighting with not one, not two, but three swords. The fun doesn't stop there, as this collection also includes rules for bringing your characters up to Expert level with Four Against the Abyss. But what really sets this expansion apart is its attention to detail and depth. For example, the book includes six dwarven clans, each with their own set of exclusive skills that dwarf characters can access from 3rd level onwards. You'll also find dwarven patrons with unique benefits and drawbacks, some of which can even join your party. And let's not forget the new equipment rules, including crossbows and harquebuses, which add a whole new layer of strategy to the game. With 45 to 75 minutes of playtime, you can easily fit in a thrilling adventure with friends, whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out. With normal complexity and straightforward rules, Concise Collection of Classes is easy to pick up and play, even for those new to the series. The game's designers have clearly put a lot of thought into crafting a fun and engaging experience, and it shows. Whether you're playing solo or with up to three friends, this expansion is sure to breathe new life into your Four Against Darkness games. So why not gather your party, grab your dice, and get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure filled with action, exploration, and excitement? With Concise Collection of Classes, the possibilities are endless, and the fun is just beginning.
