Description

Get ready to shake things up in the world of Crystal Clans with the Moon Clan, a brand new clan deck that's all about raiding and pillaging your way to victory. This expansion, designed by Colby Dauch, J. Arthur Ellis, and Andrea Mezzotero, brings a fresh set of strategies to the table, and with its normal complexity, it's easy for board game enthusiasts to pick up and play. Released in 2019, the Moon Clan expansion offers a fun and challenging experience for 2 players, with games lasting anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. The Moon Clan is all about demoralizing your enemies by raiding their resources and invading their home zone. You'll muster an army of the dead with the Sunken Crew and their pirate ship, the Risen Annabelle, and sneak past your opponent's squads with the monstrous Deep Ones' Submerge ability. But the Moon Clan's special ability, Plunder, is where things get really interesting - it lets you force your opponent to discard cards off their draw pile as you defeat their units, giving you a serious upper hand in the battle. With hand management at its core, you'll need to carefully plan and manage your cards to maximize your chances of success. Whether you're a seasoned Crystal Clans player or just looking to mix things up, the Moon Clan expansion is a great way to add some new excitement to your game nights. With its unique mechanics and abilities, it's a must-have for fans of the series, and its relatively short playtime makes it easy to fit in a game or two. So why not give the Moon Clan a try and see how you can use their sneaky tactics to outmaneuver your opponents and emerge victorious?
