D-Day Dice: Normandy is an exciting expansion that drops you right into the heart of World War II, on the beaches of Normandy. Designed by Emmanuel Aquin, this game is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, while still offering a fun and challenging experience for veteran gamers. With a playtime of just 45 minutes, you can dive into the action with 1 to 4 players, working together in a cooperative game that's all about strategy and a little bit of luck. As a cooperative game, D-Day Dice: Normandy encourages teamwork and communication among players, as you work together to overcome the challenges of the war. The game mechanics are built around dice rolling and simultaneous action selection, which adds a thrilling element of unpredictability to the game. With the new Battle Maps included in this expansion, you'll get to experience some of the most iconic battles of the war, including Operation Tonga, Mission Chicago, Pegasus Bridge, and Gold Beach II. These maps introduce new features and special rules, which can be used even if you don't own the Operation Neptune expansion. Whether you're a fan of World War II history or just love a good cooperative game, D-Day Dice: Normandy is a great addition to your gaming collection. Published in 2012, this expansion builds on the success of the base game, D-Day Dice, and offers a fresh new set of challenges and experiences. With its easy-to-learn rules and exciting gameplay, D-Day Dice: Normandy is a great way to spend 45 minutes with friends or family, working together to achieve victory in one of the most pivotal battles of the war.
