Friends and Communities with Darwin's Journey

Description

Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure with Darwin's Journey: Animal Companion, the latest expansion to the popular board game Darwin's Journey. Designed by Simone Luciani and Nestore Mangone, this expansion is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by 1 to 4 players. In this game, you'll have the opportunity to explore and travel with the help of six unique Animal Companion cards, each providing an initial benefit during setup and a one-time use action during the game. These helpful animals can be a game-changer, especially for newer players looking for a little assistance as they compete against more experienced opponents. As you navigate through the game, you'll experience a mix of exciting mechanics, including contracts, ownership, point to point movement, set collection, and worker placement. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the world of Darwin's Journey and make the most of your Animal Companions. Whether you're playing with friends or going solo, Darwin's Journey: Animal Companion is the perfect addition to your gaming collection. First released in 2023, this expansion was also included in the Collector's Edition of the game and was available as an add-on during the Kickstarter campaign, making it a must-have for fans of the series.
