Description
Desamparados: Stalingrado is a thrilling board game that drops you into the midst of World War II, where 2 to 4 players take on the challenge of navigating the intense Battle of Stalingrad. With playtime ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, you'll be fully immersed in the action, using card play, dice rolling, and hand management to outmaneuver your opponents. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for board game enthusiasts to pick up, and the semi-cooperative gameplay adds a twist, as you'll need to work together at times, but also be prepared for sudden death endings. Designed by Chilo Varela and Dany Varela, this 2022 release combines the best of card games and wargames, with critical hits and failures, events, and turn order based on stats, making each playthrough unique and unpredictable.
