Description
In the world of Dominion: Guilds, it's all about mastering a craft and joining a guild to get ahead. The economy is a thing of the past, and now it's all about creating something truly remarkable, whether that's a stunning painting or an incredible cheese grater. With 13 new Kingdom cards to add to the game, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take control of the stonecutters, because, as your advisor is convinced, that's the key to world domination. You'll be able to save up coin tokens to spend later, and even pay extra to get more out of certain cards, giving you an edge over your opponents. As you play with 2 to 4 friends, you'll be immersed in a medieval world of card drafting, deck building, and hand management. The rules are easy to learn, but the game itself is full of depth and complexity, making it a great addition to the Dominion series. Published in 2013 and designed by Donald X. Vaccarino, Dominion: Guilds is an expansion that will breathe new life into your games of Dominion, whether you're playing with the base game or other expansions like Dominion: Cornucopia. With a playtime of just 30 minutes, you can easily fit in a game or two, and the moderate in-game text means you can focus on strategy rather than reading complex rules.
