Description

Get ready for a thrilling competition with Duell, a fast-paced board game designed by the renowned Reiner Knizia. In this exciting game, two players engage in a series of fencing bouts, with the goal of winning five duels first. The game rules are simple and can be explained quickly, making it easy to dive into the action. With a playtime of just 30 minutes, Duell is the perfect game for a quick showdown with a friend. As you duel, you'll need to master hand management and point-to-point movement to outmaneuver your opponent. But be prepared for surprises - the game includes special cards that can change the rules of each duel, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement. For example, you might have to play with open cards, use fewer cards, or be prohibited from retreating. These twists will keep you on your toes and make each duel unique. With its combination of simulation, card game, and fighting elements, Duell is an engaging and fun experience that will have you coming back for more. Originally published in 2004, Duell has become a classic in the Ravensburger Fun For 2 Series, and its revised version offers even more excitement with the addition of special cards.
