El Tiburón

Friends and Communities with El Tiburón

Description

Picture this: you’re on a sunny beach, the waves are rolling in, and a mischievous shark is circling the shallow water. In El Tiburón you and up to three friends (or you can go solo) team up to outwit the big fish before it gets too close. It’s a quick 15‑minute dash where everyone rolls dice, shares a laugh, and works together to keep the shark at bay. The rules are so simple that you can have the game set up and rolling in a minute – perfect for kids and adults who just want to jump straight into the action. Designed by Maldón in 2020, El Tiburón leans on classic dice‑rolling fun but adds a cooperative twist that makes every turn feel like a shared adventure. You’ll all be shouting “roll!” and cheering each other on as you try to hit the right numbers to push the shark back, rescue the beachgoers, or snag a surprise bonus. The game’s light‑hearted vibe and fast pace mean there’s never a dull moment, and the short playtime makes it ideal for a quick family game night, a rainy‑day activity, or a classroom break. Whether you’re a seasoned board‑game veteran or a first‑timer, the only thing you need to worry about is having a blast together while the shark circles just a little bit longer.
