Description
In Encyclopedia, you'll embark on a journey to create the first encyclopedia of natural history as an aspiring naturalist and adventurer. Published in 2022, this game was designed by Eric Dubus and Olivier Melison, and it's perfect for 1 to 4 players looking for a fun and challenging experience. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to conduct research, organize expeditions, and publish studies of the world's most fascinating creatures. As a dice-based worker placement game, you'll draw and roll dice, then place them on your player board to perform actions like preparing expeditions, raising funds, or hiring a research team. Your goal is to publish your findings and become the biggest contributor to the encyclopedia, earning victory points along the way. With its beautiful theme and gorgeous animal cards, Encyclopedia is easy to learn and fun to play, offering multiple paths to victory and a unique twist on the worker placement genre.
