Description

If you're looking to add some excitement to your Florenza: The Card Game experience, the War and Religion Expansion is just what you need. Released in 2014, this expansion introduces two new types of cards that will change the way you play the game. With clergy cards, you'll be able to perform more actions, giving you an edge over your opponents. But that's not all - mercenaries are also joining the scene, allowing you to raid hostile cities like Lucca, Siena, and Pisa to get your hands on valuable resources or money. The best part is that this expansion makes the game more accessible to larger groups of friends, supporting up to six players. Imagine the fun you'll have with a big group, all vying for control and resources. The rules are still easy to learn, so new players can jump in quickly, but the added complexity of the new cards will keep experienced players on their toes. The combination of hand management and worker placement mechanics will have you strategizing and planning your next move carefully. Whether you're a fan of the Renaissance era or just love a good card game, this expansion has something to offer. In about 60 minutes, you'll be immersed in the world of Florenza, navigating the intricate web of alliances, resource management, and strategic planning. Designed by Stefano Groppi, this expansion builds on the success of the base game, offering a fresh and exciting experience that will keep you coming back for more. So gather your friends, shuffle the cards, and get ready to experience the thrill of Florenza: The Card Game like never before. With its unique blend of strategy and social interaction, this expansion is sure to become a new favorite among fans of the series.
