Description
Florenza: Captains of Fortune is an exciting expansion to the original Florenza game, where 2 to 5 players take on the roles of powerful captains, navigating the intricate world of Renaissance-era Florence. With easy-to-learn rules, players can dive right into the action, using worker placement mechanics to build and manage their own city. As captains of fortune, players must balance their resources, make strategic decisions, and outmaneuver their opponents to achieve success. The game takes around 200 minutes to play, giving players plenty of time to develop their strategies and expand their influence. Published in 2014 and designed by Stefano Groppi, this expansion adds a new layer of complexity and excitement to the original game, allowing players to experience the thrill of city building, politics, and expansion in a richly detailed historical setting.
