Description

For the Crown, Second Edition, just got a whole lot more exciting with the release of Expansion #2 – The World is Round. Designed by Jeremy Lennert, this expansion pack is all about shaking things up and bringing a fresh level of strategy to the game. In just 60 minutes, you and your opponent will be immersed in a world of medieval fantasy, vying for dominance on the battlefield. The game's simple rules make it easy to dive right in, but don't be fooled – the gameplay is engaging and challenging, with a complexity level of 3 out of 9. One of the coolest things about The World is Round is the introduction of new units that can move in a cylindrical fashion, wrapping around the edges of the board to catch your opponent off guard. Imagine being able to rush your opponent with the vicious Raider, or commanding your troops with the powerful Khan, all while utilizing clever maneuvers to outmaneuver your foe. The World is Round brings a host of new possibilities to the table, and fans of deck, bag, and pool building, grid movement, hand management, and card drafting will love the added depth and complexity. With its fantasy and medieval themes, this expansion is perfect for anyone looking to add some excitement to their For the Crown experience. As with any expansion, The World is Round requires a copy of For the Crown, Second Edition, to play – so if you're a fan of the base game, this is a must-have addition to your collection. Published in 2014, The World is Round has already become a favorite among gamers, and its unique mechanics and gameplay make it a standout in the world of expansion packs. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just looking for a new challenge, The World is Round is an excellent choice – so why not give it a try and experience the thrill of For the Crown like never before?
