Description

Get ready to put the pedal to the metal with Formula-1, a classic racing game that's been thrilling players since 1962. Designed by John Howarth and Trevor Jones, this game is easy to learn, making it accessible to younger players, while still offering plenty of excitement for adults. With 2 to 6 players competing in a race that can last anywhere from 30 to 120 minutes, you'll need to balance speed and strategy to come out on top. Each player uses a "dashboard" to track their speed, tire wear, and brake wear, adding a fun and immersive element to the game. As you navigate the track, you'll need to make tactical decisions about when to push your luck and when to play it safe. With the help of tactic cards, you can gain an extra burst of speed or cornering ability, giving you an edge over your opponents. But beware - pit stops can be tricky, and you'll need to time them just right to avoid losing a turn. With the added excitement of events and simultaneous action selection, Formula-1 is a game that's full of surprises. The player who crosses the finish line first after up to 10 laps wins, so get ready to shift into high gear and compete for the top spot. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just looking for a fun and exciting experience, Formula-1 is a great choice for anyone who loves racing and competition.
