Description

Hansa Teutonica: Britannia is an exciting expansion to the popular Hansa Teutonica game, introducing a fresh map of Britannia and revised rules for two-player games. Designed by Andreas Steding and published in 2014, this expansion offers a new level of challenge and strategy for 2 to 5 players. With a playtime of 45 to 90 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the world of Renaissance-era trade and commerce. The game mechanics, including Action Points, Area Majority / Influence, Network and Route Building, and Point to Point Movement, will be familiar to fans of the base game, but the new map and rules add a thrilling layer of complexity. As you navigate the map of Britannia, you'll discover special permissions in key cities like Carlisle, Cardiff, and London, which grant you unique advantages in Wales and Scotland. These permissions allow you to take one of your normal placement or displacement actions in these regions, giving you a strategic edge over your opponents. With its normal complexity level, Hansa Teutonica: Britannia is accessible to anyone familiar with board games, making it an excellent addition to your gaming collection. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the series or looking to expand your gaming horizons, this expansion is sure to delight, offering hours of engaging gameplay and competitive fun.
