Description
Journey to the West: Eighty-one Perils is a wildly entertaining party game that throws 3 to 8 players into a frantic adventure based on the classic novel. With simple rules that can be explained in no time, you'll be diving into the action in just minutes. Players navigate through a series of perils, using cards to resolve conflicts and outmaneuver each other in a battle of wits and luck, with a dash of rock-paper-scissors thrown in for good measure. Hand management is key, as you climb the ladder to success, but beware - your opponents are just as determined to reach the top. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, this 2022 release from designers Xīn Mào and 九日NASA is perfect for a quick game night or a fun break with friends, bringing the mythology and excitement of the novel to life in a whole new way.
