Kemps

Friends and Communities with Kemps

Description

Kemps is a fast-paced and exciting card game designed for 4 to 8 players, making it perfect for large groups of friends or family gatherings. The game rules are incredibly simple, so you can dive right in and start playing within minutes. Each player is dealt a hand of four cards, and the goal is to collect a set of four cards of the same value, such as all kings or all deuces. The twist is that play is simultaneous, with no turns, and you can only use one hand to pick up or put down cards, adding an extra layer of challenge and excitement. As you frantically try to collect your set, you'll need to work with your teammate to communicate when you've achieved Kemps, using a pre-arranged signal to inform them without alerting the opposing team. If your teammate correctly announces Kemps, your team scores a point, but if you misread the signal or the opposing team catches on, they'll score instead. The game continues until a predetermined number of points is reached, making for a thrilling and unpredictable experience that's over in just 30 minutes. With its unique blend of simultaneous action selection, set collection, and team-based gameplay, Kemps is a real-time card game that's sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
