Description

Kiitos is a fast-paced word game that's easy to learn but full of depth. Players take turns building on a target word, trying to outwit each other with clever letter plays. The game starts with one player setting a target word, and then others try to add to it or change its direction. You can trap your opponents into picking up unfinished words for negative points, or finish their words and say "Kiitos" - thank you in Finnish. With its unique blend of hand management and wordplay, Kiitos feels like a trick-taking game with a dash of deduction and bluffing. The game's dynamic rules and ability to challenge dubious words keep things exciting and unpredictable. Designed by Matthew Thredgold and published in 2020, Kiitos is a great choice for 2 to 4 players looking for a fun and engaging game that can be played in under an hour.
