Description
King of Pirates is a thrilling game where 3 to 6 players compete to become the ultimate pirate king by plundering 10,000 doubloons. Players hire crews and attack towns to get their hands on the loot, with combat resolved through dice-rolling. But that's not all - they also have access to a range of action cards that can turn the tide of battle in their favor, whether it's boosting their own combat stats or sabotaging their opponents. As players navigate the high seas, they can also dig up buried treasure or attack each other to get ahead. With a playtime of 45 to 150 minutes, King of Pirates offers a fun and challenging experience for fans of pirate-themed games and card games alike. Designed by Morten Nørgaard and published in 2016, this game is easy to learn for those familiar with board games, making it a great addition to any game night.
