Description

Get ready to face one of the most terrifying creatures in the Kingdom Death: Monster universe with the Lion God Expansion. This cooperative game for 1 to 6 players drops you into a dark, fantasy world where you'll need to work together to take down the monstrous Lion God, a former ruler driven mad by an evil parasite. With a playtime of 60 to 180 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the game's intricate world and master its complex rules, designed by Adam Poots. As you navigate the maze-like terrain, you'll need to use your wits and cunning to outmaneuver the Lion God, which is nearly unstoppable in direct combat. The key to survival lies in using the environment to your advantage, luring the Lion God into traps and ambushes, and playing dead to avoid its brutal attacks. With the game's mix of dice rolling, role-playing, and cooperative gameplay, you'll need to communicate and strategize with your fellow players to emerge victorious. As an expansion to the Kingdom Death: Monster base game, the Lion God Expansion offers a new level of challenge and excitement for experienced players, while its mature themes and horror elements make it a great fit for fans of dark fantasy and adventure games.
