Legendary Encounters: Dead Space drops you and three friends right into the claustrophobic corridors of the USG Ishimura, but instead of a frantic video‑game reflex test it’s a slick, cooperative card game that you can teach in five minutes. Designed by Bojan Prakljacic in 2022, the rules are so simple you’ll be rolling dice and swapping multi‑use cards before the coffee even cools, yet the deck‑, bag‑, and pool‑building mechanics give each 60‑90‑minute session a fresh, tense feel. You’ll each manage a hand of gritty, sci‑fi abilities, pull resources from a shared bag, and decide together whether to fight the Necromorphs or bolt for the escape pods. The print‑and‑play format means you can dive in fast, and the cooperative vibe keeps the whole table buzzing as you scramble to survive the horror of space—without ever leaving the living room.
