Description

Get ready to experience the thrill of Legion, a game of strategy and risk that's been around since ancient Roman times. This addictive game is perfect for any number of players, from 2 to 99, and can be learned in no time thanks to its simple rules. The goal is to build your score by rolling the dice and accumulating points, but you'll need to know when to stop to avoid losing it all. With each turn, you'll roll six dice and try to score points based on certain combinations, such as three of a kind. As you play, you'll need to balance risk and reward, deciding whether to keep rolling to try to accumulate more points or stop and keep what you've got. If you roll a no-scoring throw, you'll score zero for that turn, even if you had previously set aside scoring dice. The game ends when someone reaches 5000 points, and then everyone else gets a chance to try to beat that score. With its unique blend of luck and strategy, Legion is a game that's fun for anyone, whether you're a history buff or just looking for a new game to play with friends and family. First published in 2011, Legion is a great way to experience a piece of ancient Roman culture, and its simplicity makes it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels.
