Description

Get ready for a game of strategic fun with Linx, the abstract strategy board game designed by Fabrice Puleo. Released in 2023, Linx is a quick and simple game to learn, with rules that can be explained in no time, making it perfect for players of all ages and skill levels. In Linx, 2 to 4 players take turns placing tiles, either face up or face down, in a 4x4 or 5x5 grid, with the goal of aligning three tiles of their color to win. But here's the twist - the game incorporates the classic Rock-Paper-Scissors mechanism, where a face-down tile can "beat" a face-up tile, blocking it from being covered and adding a whole new level of strategy to the game. As players take turns, they must think carefully about their moves, trying to outmaneuver their opponents and protect their own tiles from being blocked. With a playtime of just 10 to 20 minutes, Linx is a great game for a quick gaming session, and its team game mode allows two teams of two players to compete, adding a fun social element to the game. Whether you're playing solo or with a team, Linx is a game that requires attention and strategy, and victory can come in two different ways, so don't underestimate your opponents and stay focused to emerge victorious.
