Description

Lost Adventures is a thrilling board game that drops you into the world of adventure archaeology, reminiscent of your favorite movie blockbusters. Designed by Steve Sisk and Jeff Warrender, this 2023 release is perfect for 2 to 4 players looking for a fun and challenging experience that lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. With normal complexity rules, fans of board games will have no trouble diving in and starting their journey. The game is split into two phases, starting with the Map Phase where you travel the globe, gathering information and recruiting characters to aid you in your quest for the lost temple. As you transition into the Temple Phase, the excitement really kicks in. You'll engage in a bidding war with your opponents, navigating the temple's perils and using your character cards to offset the risks. But be careful, because failure to manage your hubris can have disastrous consequences - like losing your face. The goal is to be the furthest along the temple track without succumbing to hubris, making for a tense and entertaining finale. With its unique blend of auction mechanics and adventure themes, Lost Adventures promises to deliver a captivating experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
