Description

Magna Roma: Dominus is an exciting expansion that lets 2 to 4 players dive back into the world of Magna Roma, competing to build and dominate the ancient civilization. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll be immersed in the game in no time, and the 30 to 90 minute playtime ensures that the fun doesn't last too long or drag on forever. As you play, you'll be using a combination of strategic tile placement, area majority, and influence to outmaneuver your opponents and claim control of the board. As you navigate the game, you'll need to balance your efforts to build a thriving city with the need to spread your influence and connections across the board. The game mechanics are designed to be intuitive, but with depth for replayability, making it a great choice for fans of city-building and civilization games. With three talented game designers, Thomas Nielsen, Kai Starck, and Milan Tasevski, behind the expansion, you can trust that the gameplay is well-crafted and engaging. One of the key things that sets Magna Roma: Dominus apart is the way it builds on the base game, adding new layers of complexity and strategy to the original. As you compete to build the most dominant civilization, you'll need to pay attention to the end game bonuses, which can make all the difference in your final score. With the ability to earn prestige and rewards for your accomplishments, the game is full of opportunities to turn the tide in your favor. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Magna Roma or just looking for a new challenge, Dominus is a great choice, offering a fresh take on the classic game. Published in 2022, this expansion is a must-have for anyone looking to breathe new life into their Magna Roma experience.
