Manimals

Friends and Communities with Manimals

Description

Imagine standing in a zoo, surrounded by all sorts of fascinating animals, and suddenly being tasked with finding all the ones that have a specific characteristic, like feathers or fur. That's basically what you'll be doing in Manimals, a fast-paced and fun board game designed by Bernhard Naegele. In this game, 2 to 6 players compete to collect as many animal cards as possible that match a certain trait, which is revealed at the start of each round. The game is simple to learn, with rules that can be explained quickly, making it accessible to players of all ages, including children as young as four with the help of some special rule variants. As you play Manimals, you'll be racing against your opponents to pick up the right animal cards, and then checking your collections to make sure you didn't make any mistakes. The player who collects the most cards over the course of seven rounds wins the game. With a playtime of just 10 to 20 minutes, Manimals is a great option for a quick and entertaining game night with friends or family. First published in 2006, this game has been delighting players for years with its unique blend of real-time action and educational content, teaching you all about the amazing diversity of animals in the world.
