Description
In Maquis, you're part of the French resistance, working to disrupt the Nazi occupation and free your homeland. This solo worker-placement game is all about strategic planning and quick thinking, as you place your resistance agents around town to achieve your goals. Whether it's blowing up trains or publishing underground newspapers, every move counts. With a playtime of just 30 minutes, Maquis is a fast-paced and thrilling game that's easy to learn but challenging to master. The rules are simple, but the variable goals and patrolling Milice collaborators and Wehrmacht soldiers keep you on your toes. Can you outsmart the enemy and make it back to the safe house, or will your agents be arrested and lost forever? With its unique blend of strategy and suspense, Maquis is a must-play for fans of World War II games and solo adventures.
