Description

Get ready to shake things up in the land of Valeria with the Margraves of Valeria: Event Pack, an exciting expansion that adds a whole new layer of strategy and fun to the base game. Originally available as a Kickstarter add-on, this pack brings 12 event cards and 1 rules card to the table, introducing new rules and possibilities to the game. With a simple setup, you'll shuffle the event cards into your Citizen deck, and as you play, these events will pop up, changing the game dynamics and offering fresh opportunities and challenges. As event cards rise to the top of the Citizen deck, they'll bring new rules into play, which can be applied at specific points in your turn. You might stumble upon The Halfling Ferryman, allowing you to move your Margrave without activating the Location Power, or Begrudging Cooperation, which lets you pay an opponent for a resource. Other events, like Send the Herald or Assist the Condotierre, offer ways to deploy knights, gain gold, or manipulate your opponent's game state. With these new rules, you'll need to adapt your strategy on the fly, making the game even more engaging and unpredictable. Whether you're playing with 2 to 5 players, the Margraves of Valeria: Event Pack is sure to add a thrilling twist to your gameplay experience. Designed by Isaias Vallejo, the Margraves of Valeria: Event Pack is easy to learn, but it adds a rich layer of complexity to the game. You'll need to think carefully about when to trigger events, how to use them to your advantage, and how to counter your opponents' moves. With playtime ranging from 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to explore the new possibilities and strategies introduced by the event pack. So, if you're looking to breathe new life into your Margraves of Valeria games, the Event Pack is the perfect addition, offering a fun and dynamic way to experience the world of Valeria.
