Description
Get ready for a fierce battle in Maul Peak, a tactical combat game for two players. Released in 2023, this game was designed by Eduardo Baraf and Keith Matejka, and it's a thrilling experience that combines action points, hand management, and variable player powers. Players take on the roles of either a tribe of bears or a powerful Guardian, with each side having unique abilities and routes to outmaneuver their opponent. In this 40-minute game, the action unfolds on both the kingdom board and the Guardian gameboard, creating a fresh and exciting experience. With dual-purpose cards that offer a range of movement and ability powers, players must strategically navigate the battlefield to emerge victorious. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for board game enthusiasts to learn, and the asymmetric combat creates a fun and challenging experience for both players.
