Get ready for a thrilling adventure with Nemesis: Retaliation – Sangrevores Expansion, a game designed by Adam Kwapiński and Ignacy Trzewiczek. This expansion introduces a new type of enemy race, the Sangrevores, led by the mighty King, an ancient being awakened from a long slumber. The King feeds on life energy, dominating the will of his victims and turning them into mindless puppets. He's accompanied by Blood Spectres, engineered to master humans and drain their life force, and hordes of Ghoules, drained previous station residents who may not be smart but are numerous and challenging to face. In this expansion, you'll experience a new mechanic that can drastically change the semi-cooperative gameplay. Your character might become converted after contact with the King or Blood Spectres, changing your secret objective mid-game without other players knowing. You'll also receive special infection cards that can transform you into one of the enemy's minions, shifting your objective to kill other players or sabotage the station. With the ability to mutate and gain unique abilities, you'll have to navigate the game with caution, as these abilities come with a price, such as gaining wounds or other negative effects. This adds a new layer of paranoia to the game, making it even more exciting and challenging for 1 to 5 players to work together to survive, with playtime ranging from 90 to 180 minutes.
