Description

In Odin Quest, you embark on a thrilling solo adventure through the nine realms of Norse mythology, tasked with stopping the threats to the Aesir's borders as Ragnarok approaches. With the help of the allfather, you'll venture forth to explore mysterious realms, encounter formidable foes, and uncover hidden knowledge. The game is played with a unique deck of 90 tarot-sized cards, featuring stunning artwork by Todd Sanders, and a set of dice and tokens that add an element of luck and strategy to your quest. As you journey through the realms, you'll need to manage your hand of action cards, allies, and wards to overcome the challenges that lie ahead. With each encounter, you'll roll the dice, adding their values to your base strength, and play your cards to outwit your foes or befriend powerful allies. The game is won by clearing all nine realms of their threats, but beware - if you run out of action cards or accumulate too many ominous tokens, your quest will end in defeat. With a playtime of 45 to 90 minutes, Odin Quest offers a immersive and exciting experience for fans of adventure, fantasy, and mythology, and its normal complexity makes it easy to learn for those familiar with board games.
