Description

One Card Draw is a quick and simple card game designed by Allen Lamb, released in 2023, that's perfect for a fun and fast competition between two players. The game rules can be explained in no time, and you'll be up and running in just a few minutes. With a playtime of 5 to 15 minutes, it's an excellent choice for a casual game night or a break from more complex games. The game uses a paper-and-pencil mechanic, where players take turns using dry erase markers on a single card to cross out rows or columns, building their individual poker hand from the intersecting points. As you play, you'll be strategically trying to create the best poker hand possible, using the standard 52 poker cards plus two jokers, all laid out in a 9x6 grid. The game is easy to learn, but it still requires some thought and strategy to outmaneuver your opponent. With its simple rules and fast-paced gameplay, One Card Draw is a great option for players looking for a lighthearted and entertaining experience. Whether you're a fan of card games or just looking for something new to try, One Card Draw is definitely worth checking out, and its short playtime means you can easily fit in a few rounds in one sitting.
