Description

Orléans: Invasion is an exciting expansion to the award-winning game Orléans, offering a fresh set of challenges and gameplay opportunities for 1 to 5 players. Designed by Inka Brand, Markus Brand, and Reiner Stockhausen, this expansion introduces six new scenarios that can be played in around 90 to 120 minutes, making it a great addition to your board game collection. With a normal level of complexity, fans of the original game and newcomers alike can dive right in and start exploring the new content. The scenarios include cooperative and competitive elements, such as working together to fend off an invasion or racing to complete objectives, which adds a new layer of excitement to the game. The expansion also includes a new set of Place Tiles that can be used with or without the scenarios, offering even more replayability and variety. For solo players, there are three single-player challenges that provide a unique experience, such as gathering citizens or developing a city. With some necessary text that can be easily memorized or referenced with a small crib sheet, language dependence is minimal, making it accessible to a wide range of players. Whether you're a fan of medieval-themed games, cooperative gameplay, or just looking to mix things up, Orléans: Invasion is a great choice, and its release in 2015 has proven to be a valuable addition to the Orléans series.
