Description
Out of Sorts is a frantic and fast-paced cooperative game for 2 to 4 players that will keep you on your toes for 15 to 20 minutes. Designed by Connor Wake, this 2024 release is all about working together to organize a mysterious collection of books with strange symbols, which sounds easier than it actually is. The game rules are simple to grasp, but don't be fooled - you'll need to remember where everything is and think fast to succeed. As a team, you'll be racing against time to sort as many books as possible, using reference cards to help you find the right matches. Each round, you'll get five new reference cards, and you'll need to scramble to find the corresponding books and add them to the growing collection. But here's the twist - at the end of each round, you'll be quizzed on the relative location of the books, so you'll need to keep track of where everything is in relation to everything else. It's not about knowing the exact location of each book, but rather understanding how they fit together, which requires a combination of memory and teamwork. If you fail too many quizzes, the game will be over, and you'll be left feeling, well, out of sorts. But with communication, concentration, and a bit of luck, you and your team can emerge victorious, having successfully organized the alien's bizarre book collection. With its unique blend of cooperative gameplay, memory challenges, and real-time action, Out of Sorts is a thrilling experience that will keep you coming back for more. So gather your friends, get ready to think fast, and see if you can sort out the chaos before time runs out.
