Description
Pioneer Rails whisks you into the dusty, ambitious world of the American West where you’re the mastermind behind a booming railway empire. In just 30‑45 minutes you’ll sketch routes, haggle contracts, and lay down tracks with a simple paper‑and‑pencil system that even a newcomer can pick up in a few minutes, yet still offers enough depth to keep a crowd of 1 to 80 players hooked. The fun comes from juggling multi‑use cards, connecting towns, and out‑maneuvering rivals as you race to fulfill lucrative freight contracts and stretch your network across the frontier. Designed by Matthew Dunstan and Jeffrey D. Allers and released in 2023, this easy‑to‑learn, train‑themed strategy blends line‑drawing thrills with classic route‑building, making every game feel like a fast‑paced rail rush through the wild West.
