Description
Pixel Tactics is a tactical combat game designed for two players, with each player having an identical deck of 25 cards. The game starts with drafting a leader, whose abilities can vastly change the strategy and playability of the other cards in the deck, making the game playable in 25 different ways. This unique mechanism allows for a high level of replayability and depth in a relatively short playtime of 30 minutes. Players take turns placing cards and attacking, with each card having multiple uses such as offensive capabilities, support powers, or powerful single-time effects. The goal is to defeat the opponent's leader, and a typical game is best of three or five rounds. With its simple yet complex gameplay, Pixel Tactics is a great option for fans of card games and tactical combat, and its extensive list of expansions offers even more content to explore.
