Plague Inc: The Board Game is a strategic game of infection and extinction where 1 to 4 players take on the role of a deadly disease, battling to spread their plagues and wipe out humanity. Starting with Patient Zero, you'll place tokens in cities to earn DNA points and prevent other players from becoming dominant, all while navigating the challenges of climate resistance and global connections. As you evolve your unique pathogen with trait cards, you'll need to plan carefully and react to the changing world, exploiting opportunities created by other players' actions. With powerful event cards and a range of symptoms to develop, from sneezing to total organ failure, you'll be well on your way to becoming the ultimate plague. Will you be the one to bring about global collapse, or will your opponents outmaneuver you? The goal is simple: infect the world and reign supreme.
