Description

PSYCLE is a psychological card game from Japan that's all about outsmarting your opponents. In this quick and simple game, 2 to 4 players compete to win rounds by playing their cards strategically. The twist is that lower value cards can actually be more valuable in the long run, as they give more victory points. Players must think carefully about which cards to play, as the highest number doesn't always win - some low cards have the power to beat higher value cards, adding a rock-paper-scissors element to the game. The game is all about predicting what your opponents will do and maximizing your score. Winning with a low card can give you a much higher score, as you earn points by multiplying the card's stars by the number of players you've beaten. You can also collect resource tokens and win bonus tiles to boost your score. With its simple rules and simultaneous action selection, PSYCLE is a game that's easy to learn but challenging to master. Published in 2020, this abstract strategy game is perfect for those who enjoy a good mental challenge and a bit of friendly competition. Whether you're playing with friends or family, PSYCLE is a great way to spend 10 to 20 minutes of your time, and its included JPN/ENG rules make it accessible to players around the world.
