Description

Get ready for a thrilling adventure in Quest for the Dragon, a classic board game from 1987 designed by Steve Knowles and Mike Stimson. In this exciting game, 2 to 4 players embark on a journey to defeat the mighty dragon, exploring a modular board that unfolds as they play. Each player starts from a different corner, and as they venture forth, they'll discover new rooms and encounter fearsome monsters to battle. The goal is to find the essential equipment - a key, weapon, and armor - and then make their way to the center of the board to face the dragon. With simple rules that can be learned quickly, Quest for the Dragon is easy to dive into, but don't be fooled - success depends on strategic exploration and a bit of luck. Players can even engage in combat with each other or trade items, adding a social layer to the game. The attractive and sturdy components, including a story booklet, enhance the overall experience. While the game may be from a bygone era, its fantasy adventure spirit remains timeless, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a fun and exciting board game experience that's perfect for a 60-minute play session with friends and family.
