Description

Ragnarok: The Board Game is a thrilling adventure for 2 to 5 players, where you get to embark on a journey to subjugate monsters and become the most renowned adventurer. With easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right into the action, which takes around 20 to 40 minutes to play. Designed by Ji-Hyeong Sim and published in 2023, this game is based on the popular video game Ragnarok Online, bringing the excitement of the digital world to your tabletop. In each round, you'll strategically deploy your unique mercenaries, represented by wooden meeples with different shapes, to take down monsters and claim valuable items. The twist is that the posture of the meeples you roll determines your combat powers, adding an element of luck and bluffing to the game. As you progress, you can upgrade your innate abilities, giving you an edge over your opponents. With variable player powers and a mix of betting, dice rolling, and push-your-luck mechanics, every game is a fresh challenge. Will you emerge victorious after five rounds, with the most points from defeating monsters and collecting items? Gather your friends, get ready for a fun and unpredictable ride, and become the ultimate adventurer in Ragnarok: The Board Game.
