Scribbly Gum

Friends and Communities with Scribbly Gum

Description

Get ready to unleash your inner artist and compete with friends and family in Scribbly Gum, a fun and interactive board game designed by Phil Walker-Harding. The game is inspired by the unique scribbly gum trees found in Australia, which get their distinctive markings from baby moths burrowing through the bark. In the game, each player has their own tree diagram and takes turns drawing lines to reach food sources for their baby moth to eat. The goal is to collect sets of food to score points, and the player who accumulates the most valuable food wins. What makes Scribbly Gum really stand out is its simplicity and flexibility. The rules are easy to learn and can be explained quickly, making it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels. Plus, it can be played with any number of players, from one to 99, and can even be adapted for classroom play. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, Scribbly Gum is the perfect game for a quick session of fun and competition. Whether you're playing solo or with a large group, Scribbly Gum is a great way to challenge yourself and have a blast, all while enjoying the unique paper-and-pencil gameplay. Released in 2023, Scribbly Gum is a great addition to any game collection, and its casual, creative gameplay makes it an excellent choice for players looking for a lighthearted and entertaining experience.
