Description
You're deep in a dark, ancient forest with only a lantern to guide you, surrounded by tall, looming trees that cast shadows all around. Shadows in the Forest is a thrilling play experience that brings a distinctive twist to game night - you play it in the dark. One player moves the lantern around in search of Shadowlings, mysterious creatures who avoid the light, while the rest of the players work together to stay out of the light. In this innovative board game for kids and families, the goal is for the Shadowlings to meet under a tree without being enchanted by the lantern's beam of light. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, 2 to 8 players can join in on the fun, enjoying a playtime of just 15 minutes. Designed by Walter Kraul and first published in 1985, Shadows in the Forest is a unique and immersive game that's perfect for a fun family game night.
