Description

Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure with the Shadows of Brimstone: Cursed Eternal Hero Pack, a fantastic expansion to the Shadows of Brimstone: Valley of the Serpent Kings game. Designed by Jason C. Hill and released in 2023, this pack introduces a brand new Hero Class that's sure to shake things up. The Cursed Eternal is a unique character with a fascinating backstory - they're one of Ponce De Leon's crew who discovered the Fountain of Youth, but at a terrible cost. By drinking from the fountain, they gained immortality, but now they're forced to live with a constant state of decay, making them gaunt and pale. To survive, they must slash their way through enemies with their tainted Ghost Blade, absorbing the life essence of their foes to hold back the withering effects of the curse. This expansion is perfect for fans of cooperative games, dice rolling, and modular boards, offering a rich and immersive experience for 1 to 4 players. The rules are straightforward and easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, while the gameplay mechanics provide a fun and challenging experience for veterans. As the Cursed Eternal, you'll have to navigate the challenges of being an immortal character, taking hits every turn and relying on your wits and combat skills to stay alive. But don't worry, you'll have some tricks up your sleeve - you can recover from even the most grievous injuries, and you carry a bottle of Fountain Water that can fully heal you once per adventure. With the Cursed Eternal Hero Pack, you'll receive a character sheet, game cards, an upgrade skill tree, rules sheet, and two miniatures, complete with 30mm bases, to enhance your Shadows of Brimstone experience. The Cursed Eternal Hero Pack offers a fresh perspective on the Shadows of Brimstone universe, blending elements of adventure, fantasy, horror, and fighting to create a unique and captivating experience. As a standalone Hero Class, the Cursed Eternal brings new abilities, starting upgrades, and a skill tree to the table, but be aware that they don't benefit from the same synergy as the Conquistador Team Heroes. This means you'll have to rely on the cards and abilities brought by other heroes to complement your own, making for a more dynamic and unpredictable gameplay experience. With its engaging gameplay and rich theme, the Shadows of Brimstone: Cursed Eternal Hero Pack is a must-have for fans of the series and newcomers alike.
