Sheep, Dogs and Wolves

Friends and Communities with Sheep, Dogs and Wolves

Description

Sheep, Dogs and Wolves is a quick and simple game that's perfect for a fun 10-minute showdown between two players. Designed by Elena Romeral Porquet and first released in 2012, this abstract strategy game is easy to learn and can be explained in no time, making it a great option for kids and adults alike. The goal is straightforward: one player takes on the role of the sheep, trying to save as many as possible, while the other player is the wolf, looking to feast on those sheep. The game is all about tile placement, as players take turns adding to a shared grid, each trying to outmaneuver the other. The sheep player needs to use the dogs to their advantage, placing them strategically to scare off the wolves and keep the sheep safe. With two ways to play - a straightforward duel or a bidding game that adds an extra layer of strategy - Sheep, Dogs and Wolves offers a fun and challenging experience that's different every time. Whether you're playing with a child or a friend, this game is a great way to spend a few minutes exercising your strategic thinking and having a blast.
