Description

Get ready to shake things up in the world of Shogun no Katana with the Wandering Characters Expansion Set, released in 2022. Designed by P.S. Martensen and Federico Randazzo, this expansion is all about introducing new and exciting elements to the base game, and it's perfect for 1 to 4 players looking to mix things up. The gameplay is straightforward and easy to learn, so you can dive right in and start exploring the new possibilities it offers. At the heart of this expansion are 7 Wandering Character miniatures, each with its own unique rules and abilities. Four of these characters are randomly placed on the main gameboard at the start of the game, and players can choose to activate them to gain special bonuses. But be careful - when you activate a character, you'll need to move it to a new space on the board, which could potentially help out the next player. This adds a whole new layer of strategy to the game, as you'll need to think carefully about where to place each character and how it might impact your opponents. With the Wandering Characters Expansion Set, you'll get a wealth of new content to enhance your Shogun no Katana experience, including the 7 miniatures, character tiles, Master forger cards, Artist tiles, and a handy plastic tray that fits with the base game. Games can last anywhere from 60 to 180 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the new features and twists that this expansion has to offer. Whether you're a seasoned Shogun no Katana player or just looking to try something new, the Wandering Characters Expansion Set is a great way to breathe fresh life into the game and discover new ways to play.
