Description

In SiliconVania, the latest game from designer J.B. Howell, you're competing to become the ultimate city planner for the Vampire Council, tasked with transforming Transylvania into a thriving tech hub. Published in 2023, this game is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by 2 to 5 players in 45 to 90 minutes. As you bid on building tiles and specialists, you'll need to balance your strategy to create a diverse cityscape that meets the needs of both vampire and animal life. With a unique blend of auction and tile placement mechanics, you'll need to think carefully about which tiles to place in your 4x4 city grid and which specialists to recruit to earn the most points. As you build your city, you'll collect vampire and pet meeples, develop innovations, and compete to build castles and train stations that will make your city the most attractive to the rising vampire population. The game ends after eight rounds, and the player with the most points, earned from a variety of building types, blood banks, and biodiversity, will be crowned the winner. With its engaging gameplay and easy-to-learn rules, SiliconVania is a fun and challenging game that's perfect for gamers of all skill levels.
