Description

In Skulls of Sedlec: Merchants, the latest expansion to the Skulls of Sedlec series, players get to experience a new twist on the classic game. Designed by Dustin Dobson and released in 2022, this expansion introduces a new type of skull, the Merchants, who are all about making a profit from their neighboring Peasants. However, they also make a tempting target for Criminals, which can lead to a penalty and even a loss of points if not placed carefully. This simple yet strategic addition to the game can be explained quickly and easily, making it accessible to new players. With the Merchants expansion, players can now enjoy the game with up to 4 players, and it's also fully compatible with other expansions like Skulls of Sedlec: Crown of Bones. The expansion is easy to integrate, just shuffle the new cards into the base game and start playing. The game's pattern building and set collection mechanics come into play as players try to position their Merchants to maximize their points. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, Skulls of Sedlec: Merchants is a great way to add some fresh excitement to your game nights, and its compact size makes it easy to take on the go.
