Description

The Star Wars galaxy is a realm of incredible technological advancements, where blasters, hyperdrives, and droids are a normal part of everyday life. However, as we know, technology is only as good or bad as the intentions of those who wield it, and in the wrong hands, even the most impressive tech can become a powerful tool for evil. In Star Wars: The Card Game – Technological Terror, you get to explore the darker side of technology as used by the Galactic Empire. This expansion pack is part of the Opposition cycle and offers five unique objective sets that are packed with all sorts of tech, from astromechs and assassin droids to Imperial shuttles and trusty old Skyhoppers. As you delve into the world of Technological Terror, you'll find that the new objective sets and fate cards are designed to fuel the rivalries between the different factions in the Star Wars universe. The Jedi are pitted against the Sith, the Imperial Navy against the Rebel Alliance, and the Smugglers and Spies against the Scum and Villainy. This means that no matter which side you choose to fight for, you'll have access to the tech you need to support your goals and outmaneuver your opponents. With its simple rules and fast-paced gameplay, Technological Terror is a great addition to the Star Wars: The Card Game, and can be explained and played in just 30 to 60 minutes. As a 2-player game, Star Wars: The Card Game – Technological Terror is perfect for a head-to-head battle between friends or family members. The variable player powers and hand management mechanics add a layer of strategy and depth to the game, making it more than just a simple card game. Designed by Eric M. Lang and published in 2017, Technological Terror is a must-have expansion for fans of the Star Wars: The Card Game, offering a fresh set of challenges and opportunities to explore the Star Wars universe in a new and exciting way.
