Description

Get ready to indulge in the sweet world of Sweet Deals, a delightful dessert-themed card bidding game that's all about strategy and a little bit of luck. Designed by Shawn Patton and published in 2022, this game is perfect for a wide range of players, from 2 to 8, and can be enjoyed in a relatively short period of time, lasting anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. The rules are incredibly simple, making it easy for new players to jump in and start bidding on their favorite desserts. The gameplay is all about managing your hand of cards and bidding on others to collect multiples of the same type of dessert. On each turn, you'll offer up a dessert for others to bid on, trying to outsmart your opponents to get the cards you need. But it's not just about collecting any old desserts - you're aiming to get six of a kind, or what's known as a Sweet Six. This is the key to ending the game, but beware, it's not a guarantee of winning. The scoring system adds an extra layer of complexity, making it possible for other players to swoop in and take the lead. With its unique blend of auction and set collection mechanics, Sweet Deals is a game that's all about making smart decisions and adapting to the changing tide of the game. As a card game, it's easy to learn and play, but difficult to master, making it a great choice for players of all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just looking for a fun and social game to play with friends, Sweet Deals is the perfect treat. So gather your friends, get ready to bid, and see who will come out on top in this sweet and satisfying game.
